Depends on the situation.

If financially i couldn't support all the kids i would be able to do it as long as theres an open line of communication and the twins would be able to freely see each other
Also i would have to trust that family member as well.

If i could support anyone then it would be a hard decision I dont know if id be able to do it.

Im have a twin so i know all about the bonds of twins

I'd definitely let someone provide some diapers and formula if it made them feel special.

I could no more split my twins than I could split myself from my own flesh and blood child.

It would be easier to give someone else a baby that is not genetically related to me. I can't imagine giving up my own child, even if it were twins and I'd only wanted one.

Yeah if you think about it...twins are more or less like one person, in a sense...lol, I know they are both their own individual unique own selves but they have such a connection. So if you took one out of that equation it would be like taking half of a person away.

Being a twin i know from personal experience what the twin bond is..

But Hypothetically:
Lets say you and your SO both work hard (both full time) and you have children and expecting again. You have a friend or a really close family member isn't able to have kids but you spoke about becoming a surrogate after you have this kid. But to find out your Expecting twins. Financially your only stable enough to have 1 more kid. The person you offered to become a surrogate for wants one of the twins. The person will keep and open line of communication and let the twins see one another anytime you wanted

Would you be able to do it?

That is more or less what I was asking....maybe I didn't word it very well? Lol, however I didn't add in my OP that maybe the financial aspect would be tough. Maybe I should have added that as part of the question too, because that certainly is something to consider. But....I am sure a lot of people would say they would do anything to make it work, financially, because they couldn't bare the thought of letting go of one of their children.
