this time with my job .. when i first got pregnant i wanted to quit so bad i was so sick got written up a few times but i stuck it out until the dr took my off work and on disability because the modifications (which thankfully my job did work with) wasnt helping the complications... thankfully now im getting the rest i need

So at first they didn't want to help but then they did? I think I got a little lost

at first i was super sick and i had to call in and even with dr notes they would give me a hard time but once i got the proper midifications they stasrted working with me..

has SO gone to a dr and asked about disability?

Ahhh, I see. He is trying to see a dr now. But I did mention he saw a dr and they pretty much ignored the Dr.s note.

there should be a way for you to get in contact with a workmans comp advocate..

There really should be. And companies really need to care a little more about their front line workers not just their damn corporate offices.

Did he know this when he took the job? I mean, it is kind of smurffy to take a specific position of employment and then throw a fit about doing it.

Nope. That's not the position he was hired on and when they switched him they never said HEY this is how much crap youre going to be doing and when you get hurt from it youre on your own. Nothing.
