Goin on 16 dpo

For the past 3 periods I've been getting bad cramps right before I start and heavy bleeding and always started on the day I'm supposed to..never late....this time I'm almost 16dpo and I have no cramps at all.. I have baby fever bad. And now that there is a chance i might be pregnant...I'm scared.. Is it the fact that I have a 1 1/2 year old. ?
