Medicine & stomach issues.

Well I am taking Cipro ear drops & pills for this bad ear infection & on top of that I have been taking Tylenol & motrin 2-3 times a day for headaches and I think it is starting to mess with my stomach because after I take the antibiotics or tylenol/motrin my stomach feels weak like, it is weird as hell but I am starting to think that is not such a good thing. Is there anything I can do to help it? Would my doctor be able to help me or am I kinda smurfed?

Try eating more with your pills and space them out throughout the day. And drink a ton of water.

Do you eat when you take your antibiotic?

Yea, I always eat before taking them. I will try drinking more water though, thanks.

Yea, I do. I use the ear drops 3 times a day and the pills twice a day. So I use the ear drops every time I eat and then I take the pill with breakfast & dinner.

Ok. I always was told to eat like bread with it. And I agree drink more water. Cipro is a common antibiotic that gives you stomach issues

Yea I heard it was pretty strong. I hope it knocks this ear infection out. I have had ear infection issues for 6 months straight, the ENT doctor is thinking it possibly got to the bone in my ear causing mastoiditis. He said if it doesn't clear up after 2 weeks of these antibiotics then I will need surgery.

and I think it is causing hearing loss as well. I feel like I can't hear well from this ear at all. I am supposed to get a CT scan soon to see where the infection has gone.
