I guess its supposed to ensure the baby is in a good birthing position and help to aid along labor and such. Ive read some ppl swear by it, but anyone can say that when they're trying to promote how they do things. I am hoping it works, my girl has flipped so much Id like to ensure she's in a good position and Id definitely love to have my water break or labor start like yesterday! lol

I have never heard of it, I looked at the wedsite you posted. I am at the same point as you I would love to have been in labor yesterday as well. I am currently debating trying to induce myself since my mom and cousin induced me with my oldest.

I was induced at the hospital with my first but wasnt looking to induce ont his one til the Pre-e came about and has been causing a lot of issues which are hard to handle with a 2.5yr old, school and everything else. But Id rather do natural induction techniques that way its more a "if she's ready it'll happen" kinda thing versus a medicated thing
