Switching from Sunday start to:

When I get my period this month,I plan on going from the Sunday start(with birth control pills)to a day one start ,just to get that extra protection for the first week. My question and concern is,does switching from a Sunday start to a day one start cause me not to get my period ? Since I won't be getting that 4th week of non hormonal pills ?i like having a period bc it tells me I'm not pregnant but I hate th fact of using back up protection the first week of a Sunday start. Anyways,let me know!

What is day one start? I know sunday start, you start a new pack the Sunday after AF shows...but what is day one start?

You start the day you get your period and you are automatically protected and won't need any form of backup. That's what those sticker labels with the days of the week are for in the BC pack

I havent taken BC in over 15 years lol....never had stickers 'back in my day' lol.
