Work out music

So i'm fatty fat fat.. for shiz..
And i'm starting to diet and exercise again.. previously lost 45 pounds, but put on more than that again..
Anywhoo...

I have a gym membership and I love cardio but I need to make a workout play list.
Help me out with some suggestions please.. I need stuff to get me pumped and keep me on the cross trainer for as long as possible.

Depends what you're into... im really getting into hed pe at the moment, or something fast like fear factory or rob zombie. Or static x, that always gets me moving.

pink has some awesome tracks that I love to listen to while working out. I can run the entire time misunderstood is playing and not even notice how long its been.

Static X is awesome to work out to... I enjoy Evanescence and depending on my mood, Nirvana.
