re: Court question hypothetically speaking

We have joint custody with me being primary, my lawyer and I didn't want it, but the judge said that's what she does in every case, unless there's a party just "unfit" for it all together.   I HATE it.

Yea that is what the judge tried to pull in my case, but I wasn't settling. Using kids to traffic drugs is pretty big and living with mouse feces and cockroaches and trash laying all around just isn't healthy. His lawyer actually told the judge if he tried giving his client 50/50 he was going to take it to the head judge because then the children's best interest was not being looked out for. Like how smurfed up is that?

That's pretty crazy. I wanted mine out of the county we lived in because his people know this person and this person and you know how connections work for the other party...

Oh I know how that is. Douche is a town nark know for drugs. So yea he only has to pay 37.80 every 2 weeks for child support. Oddly enough the state wants to go after him for more now and it is being held in a different county. I'm so excited!
