re: Hour glass body help!

I have a similar issue, it's the jeans cutting into your skin making it look like a muffin top when there really isn't much fat there. I had to buy a different style of jean, anything that is ''low cut'' or ''hip hugging" make me have a muffin top. I bought some American Rag jeans from Macys, they cover my hips and hold everything in, they are pretty cheap too!

Thanks! I'll have to go check them out! I have the same problem without pants though too.   lol

I didn't say that you said that.... You just come off as one of these, "Omg look at me. I'm so fat." Attention seekers. There's like nothing wrong with you and I think you know it....

Actually, this is something i want to work on, i was more asking for workouts to help me firm them up. I don't think i'm fat or an "attention" seeker. Please. In real life i'm quiet and keep to myself, it was a simple question and now i'm getting attacked.

Anytime a thin girl has something about her body she doesn't like she's fishing for compliments and attention

Yah me too, I'm not as slim but I have similar pear shape proportions.. it's just your shape though op, I agree with trying high waisted jeans instead of worrying about toning, your hips look pretty toned actually. Low cut pants on curvy hips are always tough.. I see you said it is a prob without pants too... Eh I like the little softness at the hip, it's extremely feminine.

totally.

there isn't any fat there so there isn't really anything to "tone"...that just seems to be your skeletal structure...

Guess i misworded myself. I just want to firm up whatever it is that sticks out of my non tight jeans. So whatever anyybody wants to call it, what do you do? I work out 6 days a week and eat healthy, it's my one problem area that I don't know what to do with.

Gosh, people can be so hateful. Just because somebody is skinny, doesn't mean they don't have problem area's for them. Same with bigger girls, we all have SOMETHING we want to work on right?

Like someone else said, you might need jeans that go up a little higher. The low rise might just not cut it for you. Your bone structure might just not allow you to... uhh... shrink??? in that area. Does that make sense?
