Iud questions

My doctor, fiancé, and I decided that the iud was the best birth control for me...I had it put in Thursday at my 6 week check up. She said I will have cramping for a day ot so...well I didn't until last night/today. Like really badly...also, I'm really dizzy feeling when I stand up and walk around...also when I lay on my sides the pain gets worse...she also said my uterus was bleeding after she put it ib so she had to stop that but im still bleeding lightly. Im assuming it would not have changed my period that quick and this isnt nearly heavy enough to be my period. the office is closed for the weekend so j thought I'd ask you guys...are these normal symptoms or should I call the ER nurse.

Same happened to me when I got mine put in.

Okay thank you! The pamphlet just doesn't say anything about dizzy ness so that was my biggest concern
