Special K challenge?

Has anyone ever done it? I'm just thinking about it now. I'm eating one of their bars and its pretty good.

I tried it. It was too hard. I'm gonna try slimfast.

I was told special K isn't good for you because its basically just little bleached flakes of flour with some sugar. My doc recommended eating something with whole grains instead since they are way better for you when I brought up trying it before I got pregnant. Im sure it works for some people though

I don't think I could. It takes like three bowls of that stuff to fill me up  . I would probably try a meal replacement diet like slimfast or something.

Yeah I find it easier to liquid fast rather than to eat a small amount of cereal.
