I got my son a potty

posted 12th Jan
He is 14 months. Should I use it or wait till he is 18 months. And if I use it and am not consistent would it make it worse or would it be helpful to get that hang of it to do it just a few times a day... Any tips would be cool

He'll let you know when he's ready. Introduce it to him, if he shows no interest, wait another few months. He's still pretty little.

My DS has just started showing signs he is ready about a month ago and he is 18 months. We are getting him a potty on payday. Different babies are ready at different times. If you think he is ready, give it a shot. You'll know if he isnt.

I just set him on it and he stayed there for about 3-4 min. Maybe I'll do that a few times a day... Unless me not being consistent will make it harder for him

Introduce it, then see how he responds to it. If he shows that he's ready, you definitely have to be consistent. If he's not ready, you can wait or do what you said and out him on it every now and then so he gets use to the idea.

We just bought one for my DS, I figured get him used to it know, then when he is really ready it won't be to scary.

My DS is 15 months old, He went in it once this evening.
