I usually fall asleep around 6am. And wake up around 2-3pm. I try to wake myself up at 2:30, because I work at 5pm most days. So about 8-9 hours of sleep a night. And no, I never feel rested. I'm constantly tired. It's probably because of the times I'm going to sleep and waking up, but I work weird shifts, as does SO... so this is what works for us.

We currently have a teething five month old so I get to bed around midnight and wake up 2-4 times a night to feed her. I get up for the day 7:30 am to 8am Monday through Saturday. Basically when my husband goes to work. Sundays I get to sleep in until 9 am.

Recently no I feel pretty tired, having an infant and toddler tends to do that lol.

6 to 8 hours.

I feel smurffy when I wake up to at least noon.

I wake up around 8. Depends on when LO starts banging the wall or the car starts scratching the side of my bed. :/

I've been pretty stressed out lately so it usually takes me until about 1 or 1:30am to fall asleep, and then it's not very restful because I have to keep getting up to pee.   I'd say I get about 5-6hrs a night/morning.

Needless to say, I don't feel very rested most days. v.v

I fall asleep around 1am. Wake up at 3am and 6am for feedings. She finally wakes up at 8am. And after that I'm usually awake for the day unless I'm exhausted or not feeling good ill take a 45min nap when LO is napping also.
So about 7 hours of randomly interrupted sleep, between all the feedings it's probly more like 5 1/2 to 6 hours. It always takes me a while to get up... But for the most part I feel rested once I'm awake and have enough energy to make it through the day.

Quoting Jalen's mommy:" I have a couple of sleep related questions. How many hours of sleep do you get each night? Do you feel ... [snip!] ... night? Do you feel rested when you wake up? And what time do you wake up? ETA post and run, I'll check this after my shower."

I get the same amount of sleep as my 3 month old. 10pm/11pm till 9am. lol.
I used to sleep the same before he came but feel more rested now than I used to.

I guess no one feels rested lol I asked because I'm always tired and I'm thinking I might actually be OVER sleeping. I try to get around 8-9 hours of sleep but sometime I'll get more because I feel exhausted. I've noticed though that even if I go to sleep at midnight I'll wake up at around 6:30 and feel wide awake, I usually go back to sleep because I don't want to be tired later on in the day but it takes me a while to fall back asleep. I'll wake up again around 9 and feel so groggy that I have to fight myself to stay awake because if not I'll fall asleep right away. Does it sound like I should be staying up the first time I wake up?
