Going through a box of...

My sons (who is turning a year old next week) clothes from when he was a baby to now. I was wanting to sell a bunch of it so someone could actually get some use since they've been worn like once. So I go to put it in the "sale" pile. I start to tear up.
I miss my baby I feel like next week he'll be off to college. He is my first child and maybe my only. (Pregnancy complications)
Anyone else have or had this problem? It seems like no big deal to part with clothes but they are memories. :'(

I did.
Honestly, after you give them away, you don't think about them anymore. Going through them is what is hell.
I saved what he wore on his first holidays and birthday, plus some of my absolute favorite ones and put them up.

I plan on keeping her memorable outfits after she grows out of them. But I haven't gotten to the part of giving away the rest of it. If it means that much to you keep it for now.

I kept his coming home outfit and some ones he wore a ton while he was in the nicu. But there are soo many he rarely ever wore. Idk I'm attached. Maybe the night of his birthday I'll part with some of the clothes at the same time part with his dang bottles! Lol.

I was going my kids baby clothes the other day. I have still have stuff from the 13 year old. My DH was like are you ever going to get rid of that stuff. I just put it back in the box and back in my closet. They grow up so fast I want all of mine to be babies again. It brings tears to my eyes thinking about it.
