could it be the IUD?

I got the mirena almost a year ago when I was 6 weeks pp. I really haven't had many issues with it. DH came home from basic training/AIT 3 weeks ago. And I've been bleeding and cramping after every time we have sex. I barely bleed at all. It's just a tiny little bit when I pee right after sex. I'm not sure if it's just because I went 7 months without sex or if it's related to the IUD. I've also been getting dizzy and naucious out of no where. I set up an appt. with my OB for Monday morning to check the placement of my mirena. I'm just looking for some other opinions. Anyone else have this happen with the mirena?

I went to Northland for my first pregnancy but I switched from St. Luke's when my oldest was 8 months old because the ER department almost killed him. So with my second pregnancy I switched all of our records over to St. Mary's. My OB at St. Luke's was Dr. Boyle. And my step-mom (my dad's ex-wife) works in the office as a receptionist at Northland!

So I had my appointment this morning with my OB. She did a pap and is also checking for a few infections. And had me have an ultrasound to check for a possible cyst in my uterus. I don't have any of the results yet. So I just have to wait for her to call with the results.
