EBF & drinking

I'm a single mom and its my first night out anyways I pumped 24 hours worth of bm should that be okay? I looked for the testing strips but couldn't fin them.
Also they have a breath thing I can blow into to test for alcohol would that work?

If you are sober enough to drive then you are sober enough to drink. I am pretty sure that is the saying. You should be more than fine with 24 hours.

if u can drive u can BF... the pump n dump is only if ur wasted a lot of times its not recommond any more.

you can BF when you feel ok to drive. No need to pump and dump.. it's not stored in yoru breast milk... it's metabolized the same as in your blood.

umm.. yes it is.

Your breasts do not store alcohol. Once you sober up.. you're fine to BF.

OP.. you could pump for comfort if you get drunk enough to go many hours without breastfeeding.. but it's not necessary to get rid of the alcohol.

I could go for a beer right now haha. My car is in the shop so I can't go anywhere even if I wanted to! And my dryer is broken so I can't do laundry lol. Such a hard day today hahaa
