I'm 5'10 and was told that 'ideal weight' for this height was between 140-170.
I was 180 when I got married 5 years. Im 205 right now. If I get down to 180 again, I will look sickly.

Have you heard of Myfitnesspal? it's a great website to set goals, connect with others, and encourage each other. (like a healthy FB)
BMI chart... has a range. I dont' believe it's outdated. If so.. only because we want to justify being larger as a whole and not feeling bad about it.
However, it does not take everything into consideration..and like I said, muscle weighs more than fat. So.. if someone works out a lot.. they need to remember that.
