Lost: Brain

posted 12th Jan
If anyone happens to find one wandering aimlessly around, please contact me asap. It appears mine has run away from home.

...On a serious note, why am I becoming so increasingly absent minded? Is this just entirely pregnancy? Is it possible I'm lacking something in my diet? It's really starting to bother me that I'm forgetting so much.

I had baby brain bad. It got worse after my son actually entered the world. Every thought revolves around that little monster. I wish I had advice or tips but all I have is baby brain lol.

I get Omega 3 in my prenatal. I was thinking the same thing though so I'm gonna try adding more foods rich in fatty acids to my diet.

I seriously forgot what I was doing while writing that first post

Kids eat that smurf for brakfast.
It's the only thing I can figure, lol.
I don't remember being so airheaded with my last two though.

I'm pretty sure I lost my brain at work last night.   Maybe our brains are hiding together.

Being forgetful is common during pregnancy. Hell, DD is 2 and my memory is finally almost back to normal, I think. Lol.

That was me with my son... I took the same highway to get to my work and my parent's house. I can't tell you how many times I ended up at my parent's house when I was supposed to be going to work, or ended up at work when I was supposed to be going to my parents' house. Hahaha.

Dear God me too! I dunno how much more of this I can take. I've started developing routines to help. Like the first thing I do when I get home is put my wallet, keys and cell phone next to the mouse tank. As soon as money is put in my hand it goes into my wallet. Groceries are put away the minute I walk through the front door.

I'm normally not in need of strict routines, but lately it seems to be the only way I can keep my life in order.

I had to do the same type of thing. Thankfully, I already had a routine for not locking my keys in my car when I was pregnant. I used to be really bad about it when I was tired. I can only imagine how bad it would have been when I was pregnant if I didn't have that routine.

yeah, my number one thing is my keys! i usually try to remember to hang them on this little hook by the door, but if i forget, then i am running around in the morning like an idiot, screaming at my boyfriend (because sometimes he DOES move them and not put them back). one day, recently, i was flipping out about the car not starting (which makes sense), and then i couldn't find the keys so i was flipping out more, was late already, and he was moving TOO SLOWLY. finally he found the spare, but i'm like, "grrrr!! i need MY keys!!" so, i'm running around getting all upset, and then i look up by the door. there they are. hanging on the hook, lol. i think i must have forgotten that i DIDN'T check there, or else i just assumed i had already checked there first... god, idk.. but i am straight up feeling like i'm losing my mind with this kid.
