So for the past 3 - 4 days i have been having contractions, They were on and off but today they have been constant. 2 days ago when i went into the hospital i got an NST and they checked my cervix and said i was Long and closed. Then tonight when i went in they checked me again, And i was starting to shorten. No longer then an hour after i got home, they started to get more intense and are 5-7 min apart. I have had some loose stools. But apparently that is normal. What do you all think? do you all think that they are going to be here soon? I just have this feeling that i am going to have them next week sometime.. Or maybe even this week?!

For the babies sake I hope they stay in there awhile longer!  

yeah, i kinda have the same thing going on. they don't seem too worried about it, so i'm trying not to freak out...but in your case, from what i've heard and read, anyway, twins usually do come early. i would just make sure your doctor knows about all of it and you get checked more regularly...if you have any other symptoms besides the contractions, go back!

I'm certainly not an expert by any means, but these are like the symptoms that I was having the other day ..and when I called my OB they sent me to L&D...and it was pre-term labor...so that would be my guess..I'd call my doc if I was you!!
btw..did they give you any meds to stop the contractions ??

Nope, they wont stop labour, for a few reasons, One because i am past 32 weeks and that is pretty much term for twins. And two, because i have had the steroids which coax along there lung devolpment. And 3 because i am having twins, and they want them out once your body starts to tell you that they want them out. I am still laying here with constant contractions since 10pm tonight. its almost 12:30.

ohhh ..ok ..I didn't know the 32 week thing about twins..
Who knows then mama ..you may be quite close to meeting your little ones ..and if so I wish you an easy and safe delivery .
