This is confusing me

I need some advice plz ladies,
I had a natural miscarriage exactly a month ago today then I stopped bleeding about 2 weeks ago, then i started on Cerazette but was only on it for 10 days as it gave me really bad mood swings but we haven't been very careful since coming off the pill which was 5 days ago but now i've started bleeding again sorry if this is tmi but it's bright red blood & smells of flesh but i'm getting period symptoms. is this a break through bleed after coming off the pill or is it a period?
I did do a pregnancy test 5 days ago but got a very faint positive which could only be seen if held upto the light so my HCG levels haven't gone down completely yet.
I'm confused with what it is tbh
