what helps you

What helps you relax to fall asleep. I'm having a restless night but don't wasn't to take Benadryl cuz my hubby is going to need helpgetting up because had to take medicine cuz he is sick. Any suggestion is welcome!

Reading a really boring book.. or any book for that matter, I'll fall asleep within 5 minutes. lol Try warm milk it helps so.e people fall asleep.

Lol I could see how a boring book would work. A good book would keep me up!

I am pretty sure it's cuz I can't get comfy. I have a kidney stone trying to come out so it's hurting my urethra.

Warm milk & molasses is what my momma would give me. Just enough to make it go a little beigey maybe a tablespoons worth. So tasty too. I come in peace lo. Didnt reply bc honestly i ddnt understand half of it, it was kindof jumbled but i get that it is really late. Also i feel its all went way off topic.. I was wrong to express my opinion the way I did. Did not realize so many people would freak, taught me alesson think b4 u post!

Eh not a biggy...you live and you learn. I think it's ok for you to feel the way you do about the subject but what's right foryou isn't for others which is honestly what pro choice is about. I used to think like you but after knowing women who had their backs against the wall I see that the choice is there for a reason even if it's not for me. The only way I could is if my baby was suffering and it was medical reasons but that is just for me.

Oh and yeah I was dozing off and woke up but I'm pretty sure it's a stone now keeping me up. This is like #7 this pregnancy. I get them not pregnant to but this is nuts.

I was severely pressured by my bf and all his family to kill our babe when we found out he has spina bifida. I was 17 weeks they wouldve done it till i was 6 months! (horrible) His mom still holds it against me thinks im ruining his life...I can see how some people think it is a good option i can understand why they do it, just myself I see no reason in any circumstance to take its life...just me though been there and found i could never ever do it...I dont hold it against people I have no right to judge just not my thang. lol I was so sever with my words though...I cant beleive i didnt think like girl these are not computer genereated people they are REAL!!! :/

Chamomile tea...

I have bad anxiety/panic attacks... I stop all meds when knocked up lol, that tea saved me lol, to this day I'll take 2 cups of cham tea over my xanax, ativan, or benedryl. Lol

Get *Stash* tea... I was preg for 3 years lol, I tried every kind, that was best

See now that irks me! No one should pressure you into anything, especially not abortion. If ours not for you people need to back off.

Omg I have the same issues. At night my brain doesn't turn off most nights! It's awful! I don't do meds I have to take daily cuz I'll forget. I Erik have to get some cuz I don't want to take ambien to asleep once the baby is born. I took it before pregnancy.

Ok going to try this again. I really hope I can ignore this annoying pain.

Its 1:12 am here, I been in bed since 10pm   I'm sooo tired I just can't stop... lol
I'm panicking over a flippin picnic fundraiser for npo org. That is for what my son was born with, the gastro day is july 30th... why the fawk does she send me an email tonight about planning it now... for more than 6 months I'm gonna be stressed out and crying about jumpers, waterslide, face painters an food...   fml I seriously hate her lol

I think I should TP her house... put me in a better mood maybe
