double stroller?

When my baby arrives my son will be 15 months old. Do you think ill need a double stroller?

Yes. Mine are 23 months apart and I love having a double stroller.

I was thinking the same but my SO doesn't think so. Looks like were getting one. Any recommendations? Less bulky the better.

depends on how much you like walking. and how well your LO is walking. it might be helpful for a few months then you can always resail it. we used a regular stroller..my girls are 14m apart and my oldest was walking good by a year so she always stayed next to me when we went for walks. I'm due in march and I'm not sure what to do..Il have an almost 4 year old..she has autism and listens really well. and Il have an almost 3 year old and she is very independent..people say its because she has been doing things really early like walking at 9m. She worries me that she may not stay close to the stroller..So we have been considering a double now. I guess it really depends on the children.

when are you due? i had a double (well, a sit and stand) and RARELY used it (though my kids were a bit farther apart in age than yours are).

how much use do you think you'll get out of it if you're due in the winter or even late fall vs being due in spring/summer especially in WI? we rarely use a stroller in winter no matter what the age b/c its more of a hassle than anything for us

have a 1 1/2 year old ( 20 months) and a 1 month old. I use the double all the time

I love being outside and my oldest will be at the age where I won't want to keep him cooped up inside.

having the same issue.. as long as lil one doesnt come early mine will be 18 months. I just cant seem to find one that looks like it would work for a newborn and a toddler thats not like over 150 bucks

Mine will also be 15 months apart and my baby girl loves to go out with mommy so I will definitely be needing a double stroller. I believe it will be a great necessity for me at least.

My two oldest are 21 months apart and I used our double stroller all the time we got a Phil and teds double jogger !!! My second and third were 27 months apart and my third and fourth will be 18 months apart. We use the stroller all the time! Some of the things I like best about our stroller are how light it is and how easy it is to push. I love how slim it is so it can fit anywhere . Since the double seat doesn't have to be attached all the time sometimes we use it as a single stroller. I love love love my stroller!!
