Quoting Interrobang!?:" TBH it seems way too heavily structured. Where's the free play? Where's the spontaneity? Where does he get to be a kid off of mommy's schedule?"
There is 5 hours and 30 minutes (give or take) of free play for Tori. Tori is a little girl I am getting paid to take care of and she will be starting school in September.
Chris is only 15 months old and wont be following the routine as much as Tori and I will. He will probably finger paint with us and do some sensory activities.
It isnt set in stone, I have plenty of room to play with if an activity goes on for too long or not long enough. Kids just thrive off routine and consistency and learn more during the late morning hours.
