my brother started when he was 14. i WAS NOT okay with it at all, i smoke but i def didnt condone it. he is almost 17 now, and i think he knows how to handle himself responsibly, so every once in a while me him and my dad smoke out together. its still wierd for me but i would rather know whats going on thaty not.



with that being said, my LO will not know i smoke pot until he is at least 15/16, depending on how mature i feel he is. after that, the board is open. i dont think pot is "a drug" or bad for your health, but i do think u have to know how to handle its effects properly, and i would be the one to teach him. i wouldnt mind when my LO gets older, 20 ish and up that we smoke together and have that kind of open communication. like i said, the evil u know is better than the evil you dont!

i think once she is like 17 -18 its ok. and i would not smoke with her until she was 21 or older even though i have dreads and smoke regularly. i just would not want to encourage mind altering substances to a developing brain

As usual, it would depend on the child, and if they were taking care of their smurf.

If I found out my senior in high school had, or was, experimenting-- but was on top of their smurf, and getting ready for college... I wouldn't punish them for it.
