Sorry momma   DS is that same age and getting a little attitude to say the least :/

First off *hugs!!!
toddlers are little stressful hell raisers!
Do you have you do it inside or maybe make fun games of it, for brushing teeth you can do animal sounds like rwarrs and monkey noises and also letting her take turns brushing her teeth using no less might be helpful.
How verbal is she?

Just give her lots of positive reinforcement when she does do what you ask her to do. Maybe now start teaching her how to get dressed on her own and do things on her own too that might help. Start playing the "big girl" card.

She speaks full sentences like another adult. Its actually kind of scary how well she holds regular conversations. lol

I think I do need to play the big girl card because that seems to be *sometimes* the only way she will do things. She just wants to always run off and yell and she even cracks a smile when she sees me almost lose it. I feel like she enjoys this...
