I CANT SLEEP

i cant sleep at all lately because I have been streesed out over some things because me and my bf had a big fight , and I just lost two people that I was close to and its driveing me crazy . WAT DO I DO ? or wat would you you do if you had the same prob ? and how would u get to sleep ?

Maybe try some tylenol pm? Sorry to hear about all that and to think I thought I was going through a lot! Hope everything gets better.

benadryl, on the other hand... is perfectly safe (according to all my docs) and knocks you the f#$% out

Omg, i got sick while i was prego and had to take benedryl and that stuff made me sleep soooo well

r u sure mama because somebody told me that I shouldt take that , trust me I wanted to take it so many times !!! and yes it do knock you out !

you have to take the good old fashioned benedryl... I have really really bad allergies and thats all my ob would allow me to take... especially when I was in my first trimester... its all I have ever taken and all three of my babies came out perfect...

and it gets to you sleeping quick

i don't know if its bad or not but i feel that way sometimes too.

i take benadryl too when i can't sleep. i use to itch real bad all over from meds i was taking

i lived by the cotton fields and my eyes would swell up and everything I owned itched... I lived on benedryl.. and slept a lot, too

oh then benedryl should be fine.....it is a good thing to avoid if at all possible in the 1st trimester...but you are way past that....i think that's when i took it and baby girl is very healthy
