Valentines Day

DH and I NEVER get to have date nights, being away from family we don't really have anyone to watch DD. This will be our first Valentines Day where we are actually together. Last year he was in Alaska and I was still in Texas.

So I want to get all dressed up and go out and do something.
Would dinner and a movie be too boring? Theres NOTHING to do in this place. (fairbanks/north pole, AK area) or does anyone else have any suggestions?
Want to help me google it and find something, etc. We will probably celebrate it Fri or Sat instead of Thurs cuz he works so early on Fri...

help. I want it to be a special night.. we need one with everything going on.... having a roommate, having a miscarriage, missing our marriage anniversary. etc.

I came across a site about some kind of romantic dog sledding. (If you're into that).

Go for a sleigh ride, or ice skating. Or do a man date!

Ice fishing can be a lot of fun, so can sledding with hot cocoa.

How much money are you looking to spend? There are some really nice cabins and B&Bs with fireplaces for a romantic cozy evening in.
