Yes. My SO is on the bigger side. We just switch positions when that happens.

He's probably bumping your cervix. Happens to me too and switching positions usually helps.

I was getting stabbing pains just before orgasm. After being on bc for three months it went away. Dr. thinks I may have endometriosis or cysts.
