Post partum bleeding? possible TMI

I am only 4 days post partum and at the worst I am spotting. I only bled badly for the first few hours after birth. Since then it has stopped for the most part other than occasional spotting/light period bleeding mostly when I BF. This is my 3rd baby and I have had very little cramping yesterday and today. My belly is going down, it gets smaller every day. I am exclusively BFing. With my other two it was like a massacre. I am glad that I have no pain down below or cramping and not really any bleeding but is this normal?! It almost seems too good, like i seriously have to remind myself that I did indeed just give birth. KWIM? Anybody else experience this or should I call the doc?
