6 m/o with a rash

My daughter has little red dots all over her torso. She was sick this week but seems fine today and doesn't have a fever. It doesn't even reach her chest, it's just on her torso. Waiting for her doctor to call me. I asked my friend who interns at a doctors office and her boss (a pediatrician) said I should take her to the ER jic. Still gonna wait for my doctor to call back

this happened to my LO after a pretty bad cold

she got spotted rash all over her stomach and the doctor said it was normal after a cold and fever for so many days ....as long as her fever doesnt come back it should go away in a couple days
