What do you eat regularly?

For breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks?
I'm looking for more healthy and low calorie meal ideas. I feel like I'm always eating the same thing.
For breakfast it's usually egg whites on whole wheat bread, yogurt, or fruit.
Lunch is usually a salad.
Dinner is usually chicken and veggies.
I love that I'm losing weight, but would love more variety in the food department.

I eat a turkey sandwich every day. It's only about 200 calories. Sometimes I eat more than one a day

We make tilapia, tuna and chicken for dinner. Usually with different veggies and side salads.
Lunch we do a big salad with cheese, egg, chicken strips (grilled) sunflower seeds, cucumber, broccoli.
Breakfast I do egg whites or fresh fruit
Snacks I have some yogurt and granola or when I'm not pregnant ill have a slim fast bar or something.

My favorite snack is cucumber with onion and chive or even just plain cream cheese.

I make an egg turkey sandwich for breakfast. I cook 2 egg whites into a small patty. I add two thin slices of turkey breast with low calorie bread.
For dinner I have fish and veggies. I cook the fish on a skillet lightly coated with pam and the fish seasoned with a bit of garlic, black pepper and salt.
For lunch or dinner I sometimes have Mexican Style Tuna. I get a can of tuna, one tomato, a bit of sliced onion and one or two chiles (chile serrano or chile arbol), some salt, and if you want some cilantro but its not needed. Its really good and healthy.

Breakfast is usually a smoothie. Fruit, juice, yogurt... Usually does me till dinner, when I make whatever tickles my fancy.
Smoothie though, yumm. I'm having one for dinner tonight!
