lol. i was also going to make a salad but all the fresh and non-fresh veggies at the store last night just looks gross i think the store needs to get in some new veggies lol. the bag salad was turning brown the heads of lettuce were all wrinkled yuck

Ick. I hate when that happens! I usually skip out on buying produce when it looks like that.


I did learn if you go shopping at about 8 A.M. , the shelves are stocked and there is hardly anyone in the store.

I went at 6:30 A.M. not too long ago, and they were still in the process of stocking shelves, so it was a little difficult to maneuver around everything, but at the same time it was nice not having to wait in line at the checkout, and being able to grab stuff fresh off the shelf as I walked by.

lol yea i couldnt go this morning since i have my niece and no carseat for her so i had to go last night

Im putting sliced beef in beef broth in the oven,topped with onions.seasoned a little with pepper.slow cooked for 7 hours.used the fat and juices and made gravy from it.also made some m'ashed potatoes.and some steamed broccoli.
