Planet Gabriel officially turns 35 weeks tomorrow!
I delivered my oldest at 32 weeks and my youngest at 34 weeks. I can't believe I've made it this far (with a couple hospital visits, but those were just bumps in the road). And it doesn't look like I'm going into labor anytime soon I'm so excited to have a full term baby!
