sleep aid

I am having alot of trouble sleeping lately. Is there anything that I could take while breastfeeding?

Im not a 100% sure but GNC sells Melatonin pills which i think you can take while breastfeeding since they just help you produce more of the hormones that gets you sleepy, hormones that your body already makes by itself. ask your obgyn or pcp if its okay to take while breastfeeding~

The only thing I know of is melatonin but there's not any FDA research on it. Have you tried chamomile tea?
