Not sure on what to do please help!

Im almost 31 weeks pregnant and i have been having back pain and cramping all day, i have felt tightness but sometimes i dont notice it, it went away for about 2 hours and not its coming back worse and i feel alot of pressure, when i walk the pressure gets worse, is this normal and i just need to sleep it off or could this be labor??

Pressure is normal. Are you staying hydrated? Call your OB and see what he/she thinks.

all i have been drinking is water and i called her earlyer and she said to take a warm bath and relax, the last time i was checked i was 1cm dilated and 70% effaced, my husbend works night so i will just relax tell he gets off and if it dosent go away ill have him take me in

This is what I would do. Only because I went through the same thing tharting at 33 weeks. From the point to a lil after 36 weeks they had to stop my labor 3 times. It's funny cause now she doesn't wanna come when she's allowed to!

if you are worried call your doctor or go to the L&D triage. Only way to know for sure
