3 year old lost his tooth!!

Hello everyone,

My three and a half year old son was eating pizza yesterday and I noticed that his front tooth was missing! About an hour before he brushed his teeth and it was still there. I know it wasnt injury related because he didnt fall or anything like that. Also, he is VERY dramatic so if it hurt when it came out he wouldve made a big scene. He has a speech issue already that he is going to therapy for so I cant ask him what happened. I read online that the earlier they get their teeth the earlier they fall out and he had all his teeth at about 5 months. His appointment isnt for another two weeks so Im freaking out.

P.s. He swallowed his tooth while eating so I dont know if it came out with the root or not  .

Interesting. If it isn't bothering him, I wouldn't worry. Has he been to the dentist yet? If not, now would be a good time to go.
