My son's communication device was denied by our insurance. And everything they stated are the exact reasons why he needs it. IMO it sounds like billing was done wrong and the papers were not submitted right, everything they said was not included is in his file. But we've waited 6 weeks to get this in the mail and it's been DENIED. My son meets all the requirements. And I'm just so sad my son still does not have a way to communicate with people other than me and his brother, to the extent we are limited. :-( )': Why does everything have to be so hard?

I am. For sure. I tried contacting the lady who did the billing. But she never returned my call. So tomorrow I will be calling every hour. It just means more time waiting and more time wasted when he could have his thoughts in the open and not just stuck in his head.
