pancreatitis

Anybody had it? How did they treat it?


Hubby spent all day at the er. They said he has pancreatitis and he has to see a gi specialist tomorrow. So I'm just curious.

Sometimes with antibiotics (if there is infection) and time, possibly surgery.

If gallstones are what's causing it will they HAVE to do surgery... because its definitely not drinking.

If it isn't drinking than they will more than likely do surgery.

Lovely!! I'm not gonna stress till after we talk to the doctor. I am 31 weeks and high risk. We have 3 kids. Surgery would not be good right now. But if he needs it he needs it.
