What can it be ?

I get red blotches that itch on my index finger it kinda stings if I it h it though idk why it could be but it seems to pop up when I'm real stressed or mad.

planters warts on fingers can itch sometimes..and they can come up with stress..they have a speciall itch cream that will help..tho it usually only takes a week with the cream and then it goes away..i could be wrong..just a guess.

It's like red blotches they always go away within 3 days but they come back.

have you tried lotion? if it goes away that quickly I dont know if a doc will be able to tell what is going on.
