Cramping

Hllo. I just turned 10 weeks today and for the past 4 hours ive had period like cramping. It gets worse when I lay down. I know some cramping is normal but is it normal to last this long? I also have lower back pain if that matters. My next appt isent until feb 1st so im not sure if I should wait or go in and make sure everythings ok?
