What are the best remedies you have found for Nausea and/or heartburn?

Milk and tums helped with my heartburn but I never had nausea

Canada dry ginger ale for nausea, and also lemons. I never get heartburn, so I don't know.

Nothing. I had nausea my entire pregnancy. All that helped was zofran, which kept me throwing up, but I was still nauseous.

Salt and vinegar chips.

Tums and saltines

My parents are naturalists and my mom gave me this stuff called liquid chlorophyll. You mix a little bit with your water. I have no idea why the hell this helps, but it's the only thing that lets me get a tiny break from heartburn at night. I've tried just about everything else.

As for nausea. Zofran. =/

while I was pregnant NOTHING helped the heartburn! Worst thing ever!
