i sleep on my stomach until i just cant anymore, then i like wedge pillows all around me and still try to stomach sleep/ be on my side with my leg up on a pillow.

Your body won't let you sleep in a way that's hurting the baby. Sleep how you're comfortable. Because next week it probably won't be anymore haha

Sleep however you like as long as you are comfortable. I couldn't sleep on my stomach because it hurt once I started showing a bit

Sleeping on your back isn't safe because the baby sits on nerves, or blocks blood flow to something I can't remember which. I slept on my stomach till its was physically impossible to do so. My ob also told me when I was getting Charlie horses that calcium with magnesium would help and it has. Since I started taking them I haven't had any Charlie horses at all.

i slept on my stomach until i couldn't anymore. then, i slept kind of half side/half stomach with my leg on the side my stomach was turned to pulled up towards my knee. i bet i looked kind of goofy, but it was soooo comfy. lol.

I slept on my stomach until I just couldn't anymore and now I sleep on my right side halfway on my stomach with my leg propped up in front of my belly. If it doesn't hurt you it's probably not hurting the baby. I can't sleep on my back at all during pregnancy because it hurts and I can't breath.

I couldn't at this point with my first. But he was very low.. This time the baby is higher so I put a pillow at my pelvis and lay at an angle

That's what I was thinking of.. That the baby blocks the blood flow on your backhand that the best position for maximum blood flow is your left side. I just wasn't sure if it is actually harmful to sleep in the other positions
I do not take calcium other than what is in my prenatal, but I do take 1000mg of magnesium every night
