Ask your doctor about it because the Charlie horses were unbearable for me and that's the only thing that helped.

Idk if u call It something diff but it's like when your legs get that painful
Unbearable cramp that you usually have to walk off. Gettig extra calcium and potassium usually help.

I'm almost out of my triple magnesium.. I'll just grab cal mag this time, thank you! I used to get them so badly with my son too, I didn't know anything could actually help, I thought it was because of the added weight or something

I have never been so grateful for a vitamin in my life. Its the same size as my prenatal except the bottle I have says take 3 a day (I usually take 2 though) I have enough aches and pains so the lack of Charlie horses is welcome haha.
