How much water

posted 10th Jan
Is to much, a day? I only drink water and milk, occasionally I'll have coffee or tea. I read somewhere that you are suppose to drink half your body weight a day which is 72oz. For me. I have an app. I just started using (waterlogged) and I have it set to post to fb when I record a drink. Most days I end up drinking 85oz. My aunt commented on my post and told me to be careful because I could drink to much water. I know I can drink to much but I didn't think I was. I'm breastfeeding as well so I though drinking a little more is fine.

You are right. It's half your body weight in oz per day that your supposed to drink. I think your fine with a bit more. I'd say better to be hydrated than dehydrated.

so this is just what I got off the dr's tv show. They said you can't OD on water unless....you are consuming a smurf ton and not having a release for it.

It is possible to drink too much water, but it has to be a crazy amount. Something like 3 or 4 L's. But really who can drink that much water and not have to let it out? LOL.

Right, like your body would puke it back up if it couldn't process it most likely.
