If this is "it," it will happen regardless of what you do, so I would sleep, because it's best to be well rested when things really get moving.

This, this, a thousand times this. My water broke an hour after I went to sleep and I didn't get to sleep again until around midnight that night. Sleep is soo important. If you can sleep, do it!

Haha, no need to apologize! We still have plenty of time to get things rolling, or well "rocking" in your case.
I'd try and get some sleep in, while you still can. Are you dilated/effaced at all?

Well I hope you're able to get some rest, mama. Just think, (approximately) less than three more weeks to go. Keep us updated!

No. Do some squats and walk around.

Or that lol
But if it doesn't let up you should definitely start moving around. It'll speed things up and hopefully it well make labor shorter

EAT or SLEEP while you can!!!
Hospitals will not let you eat until after you have baby, and they come in and out of the room constantly monitoring you and baby so it makes it impossible to rest before baby arrives!
Best of luck to you!

SOOO I ended up going to L&D and they said it was early labor. I got through 4hrs of contractions and ended at 2cm and fully effaced...only for everything to stop. They gave me the option of inducing and I opted to just go home and see if it starts again....so here I am...playing the waiting game again!

Good for you for going home
Induction sucks and especially this far before your due date there's such a high chance of ending in a c section.
Good luck!!! Maybe this means it'll go really fast and smooth once it's time since your body is allll ready!

Sex if you can, on all fours. Same effect if you crawl around on hands and knees just less painful. Squats, ummmm, don't do castor oil... I heard bad things about it.... Any other ideas anyone? I'm interested too!

That stinks! Totally random but I just saw that we live in the same place. That doesn't happen too often for me on here!
