sick in pregnancy. meds?

I have a girl friend who is 5 months pregnant. She had something to eat that didnt go well with her stomach and threw up. No longer throwing up now. But still has an upset stomach. I forget what you can and cannot take. So, what can you take during your pregnancy?

They have all natural ginger gravol I was told was ok to take. Not the normal gravol tho.

There is really Nothing to stop that unless prescribed?
