This baby's dad took the condom off. He wasn't trying to knock me up though, he was just being stupid. And he let me think it was my fault I got pregnant until I was like 4 months along

Lmao, wow your whole post made me lol really! I didn't really read the comments in the previous pages but first of all, if a girl goes and takes the condom out of the trashcan and tries to get pregnant off of that then she needs to go get mentally checked. That's going way too far lol.

Secondly, what are you talking about poking holes? WTF. I've never heard of that. I'm sorry but if I was a guy who didn't want to get a girl pregnant. I'm not going to leave a condom with sperm anywhere near. I'd either flush that smurf or just spill the sperm in the toilet and rinse the condom as crazy as that might sound.

When DH and I met we used to check for holes in the condom after having sex. We didn't want to get pregnant so we would spill the sperm in the toilet and the fill it with water to make sure there were no holes. The one time there was a hole in the condom we went ahead and bought Plan B. It literally never took no more than 30 seconds to a minute.


It takes two to tango. If a woman who doesn't want to get pregnant needs to do everything possible to prevent it, why should men not have the same responsibilities?

If it didn't cross his head that he was with a pyscho who'd go as far as to poke holes on the condom or get the condom out of the trashcan just to get pregnant than it's his problem.

no but my childs father got me pregnant on purpose...without my consent. Hes one of those men that get off on getting women pregnant. Sigh

Even if he was to find holes in the condoms that way what could he do to be "more responsible" force the woman into taking plan B? Or better yet if she refuses kidnap her and force it into her system? Your view is just slightly flawed. Obviously no guy is going to think that a girl they are sleeping with is a psycho like that.

No smurf, lol. No one can force anyone to do anything, if that happens and the guy can't talk the girl into taking the pill. Then it sucks to be him and I feel bad for the guy. However, all I'm saying is that if a man doesn't want to get a girl pregnant he should think of everything to prevent it. If a man can't imagine his partner doing that, then sadly he didn't know her well enough and again I feel bad for him.

I don't know how you see it, but it's sad to think that woman should have all the power to decide whether they get pregnant or not. Just like it's sad to think that one person can be dependant of the other in intercourse. Like I said, it takes two to tango.

Wow, seriously? You ladies are making me feel, like we're back in the old times where women cooked, took care of kids, cleaned, washed etc. and men only worked came home and did absolutely nothing because he was the bread winner.  

I'm not trying to make you feel that way, I was just trying to state that not all men are going to go through great lengths to ensure that their woman doesn't get pregnant. Don't get me wrong, I agree with you that it takes two to tango. But, if a women gets sneaky and pokes holes in the condom to trick the man into getting her pregnant, I think it's the woman's fault. Yes, I understand condoms don't always work and it took two to do the deed, but there was a breach of trust.

I understand how it'd be the woman's fault for trying to get pregnant of the used condom. If the men couldn't picture his woman doing that though, why is that the woman's fault?

I guess we all see it differently, but come on we're in 2013. I think it's time for us to stop depending on others to do what's right for us.

No way. I didn't want to get pregnant within a few weeks of my wedding t at 23 anyway, lol. I wanted to wait until my late 20s/early 30s. I was on birth control but took another medicine with it that (unbeknownst to me) reduced the effectiveness drastically and here I am two years later.

Exactly... and saying its still partly the mans fault for not knowing his partner well enough is like saying its a woman's fault when a guy cheats on her cause she didn't know her partner well enough IMO
