High school. I was a freshman and he was a senior. Didn't date until college even thought I had a major (panic attacks, uncontrollable blushing, hyperventilating) crush on him but never said anything. Lol.

We met on match.com after each of our first marriages failed.


Sounds so unromantic, but really, we have the most fairy tail relationship. Lol.

I was his waitress one night when a bunch of his army buddies took him out 2 weeks before he deployed. I was 5 minutes from leaving and then they walk up and sit down. He bugged me the whole time they were there and finally his friend's GF cam running back from their truck to get my number for him. I was going to say no then she dropped the "If you don't like him he is going to Afghanistan in 2 weeks so he won't be able to bother you"

Where we both work now, when we met though he was an employee and I was a student. We didnt get together until after I started working here too.

The first time, we were at a party in the bush and a mutual friend brought him along. He payed no attention to me despite my recognising him from Facebook and trying to talk about art (because we're both quite artsy) and he kept going for my friend because she reminded him of his ex  

Then the next time we met, we were at the friend who brought him to the party's wedding and were at the same table. I was in the middle of a fight with my then boyfriend and wasn't talking too much but contacted him later to apologise for my rudeness. We started talking properly and realised how much we had in common, I gave up on my boyfriend because he was an asshat and then we picked up and started going out. We've been together 4 years this year  

It was early 2010.
My best friend at the time was dating his best friend. The 3 of them were hanging out and he asked if my best friend if she had any pretty friends she wouldn't mind introducing to him. She showed him my picture and he said, "Her. I wanna meet her. We'd have beautiful babies, huh?" Lol. He was just joking..
About 3 weeks later, she talked me into a double date, and HE says it was love at first sight. I was definitely attracted to him, too. We took it from there..

Little did he know, we DID make beautiful babies and have been together since.
Been through our ups and downs, but he knew we'd be together. Don't know how he knew, but he did,

High school, grade 11 Chemistry class  .

We had one date in high school (I asked him out many times, he finally said 'yes'). Then not again until just before I went away to University. We stayed friends and started dating the summer between second and third year university. We've been together ever since (12 years now).

Lol... well... 4 weeks. haha. It was super crazy. I had never done or ever thought I would do something like that. But it just felt right. A feeling we had never had.

And now, Life is amazing!
