I wasnt telling her to do it, I was just sharing that I didnt know about the insurance thing because I used my FSA.
OP if you have medicaid you should qualify for WIC and you should be able to get a free pump through them.

I've got BC/BS (federal) and they'll cover the Ameda; either manual or electric. I've got to call and find out exactly what I need to do to get it n/c I need a new pump

I'd be very grateful if they just paid for the pump.
My guess is my PPO will do it before my state insurance will.
Going to call them Monday.
Happy to buy the correct size and all that myself.

I do qualify through Wic. Thank you. Didn't even think of that.
Just need to get current with them. Tell them where I moved, show them a proof of pregnancy./adress, and a copy of my daughter's most recent physical. I think I'll be good to go with them then.
