Is anyone doing the new year resolution babywearing workout starting next week? It's a group on Facebook. This lady created her own video and is running a challenge with prizes that you can win each week by just participating. I am gonna see my Dr tomorrow in hopes I get the okay to do it. Just wondering if anyone on here will be doing it.

It's a work out video you do while babywearing. The group on fb is for support and to win the prizes. Top two prizes are onya carriers the rest is things like green toys, teething necklaces, etc. so you buy the video and workout and each week she randomly picks winners. It's not based on weight loss or anything. But that's what it's about, losing weight/getting healthy. Size of baby doesn't matter.
